Great location. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and service was quick. Booths and tables were very clean as well as the drink station. Staff following COVID rules.

This is the best restaurant! I am very much addicted to their fajitas. Friendly, fast, yet accurate. Will definitely be back.

Customer service is amazing! The greeter in the evening is so cute and kind, makes you feel like you're with family. My visit is always Taco Tuesday around 6-7. Food is great and dining area always clean.

Most underrated Mexican restaurant on the west side of Frisco/Little Elm. Went there for breakfast with some buddies on a Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised with how inexpensive food was and how great the atmosphere is. Highly recommend the place. They need mote love as the place was literally empty. Brunch places in the area charge you so much more.

Delicious food. I like how food is prepared right after its ordered. So very fresh. And hot. Restaurant is very clean and perfect temperature. Condiments are fresh and stocked quickly. Drinks are no0 watered down. Staff is so friendly. Always with a smile. Restroom was clean . My family loved it also. Will definitely go back here ..

Solid food and service for its price point. The Tex-Mex menu is good and varied, but the chicken enchiladas, chicken tacos and chicken tamales are excellent. Grab some extra tortillas to put butter and honey on for dessert.

2nd time at Rosa's Cafe, 1st at this location (Frisco). The food was great, fresh condiments, at a great price. I had the Smothered Burrito . It wasn't crowded considering it was dinner time.
